West Jerome, Arizona
The 2579 acre (1020 ha.) West Jerome property lies 2.4 km south of the past producing United Verde Mine, a VMS deposit that produced 33 MT @ 4.36% Cu or 2.9 billion lbs. of copper. * Both geological and geophysical indications on West Jerome support the potential of a large buried VMS body. A modest drill program can test that hypothesis. West Jerome was optioned to Lowell Copper Ltd. in February 2015 to advance the project to drill stage. Lowell Copper conducted 2 gravity surveys by Zonge International Inc. (“Zonge”) over the Project, which generated two anomalies, one being open-ended. Zonge recommended further work to better define the open-ended anomaly, however due to market conditions and other priorities, Lowell Copper has preferred not to proceed further with the Project. As a result, Cornerstone retains a 100% interest in the Project, now supported by gravity anomalies.
* The Company may not obtain similar results from its own properties.
